How pricing works: the amounts above are starting rates. The final price depends on your
device model, the cost of parts, and how much time the job takes. Parts are billed separately, and you'll
always see the number before we order anything. Most jobs start at $80 — the bench diagnostic ($40) and
quick fixes ($20) are the exceptions, and the diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
Bring your charger and any account details you use — that alone can save you money.
All work is done here in the shop, so bring your device in during opening hours. Price list last

Every review mentions the same two things: viruses gone, and a computer that runs like new again. That's the whole job, done properly.
Great shop. I dropped off my computer for a tune up and to clean the virus's out and it is running good as new. Recommended.
They tuned up my computer and it runs much faster now. Good shop, recommended.
Very helpful, Eric got all the virus off my computer and running good now. Thanks!

Frequently asked questions
The things people ask us most, answered plainly. Can't find yours? Type it in the search
box below, or just ask us directly — that's what the form is for.
Walk-ins are welcome any time the shop is open — Monday through Friday, noon to 4 PM. Bring your device and its charger and we'll take a look.
For bigger jobs that need parts ordered (screens, keyboards, batteries), a call first helps us have the part waiting when you arrive.
A bench diagnostic is $40, and it's waived completely if you go ahead with the repair. Simple questions over the phone are free — that's what the phone is for.
Most virus removals, tune-ups and Windows upgrades are finished within 24 to 48 hours. Jobs that need a special-order part usually take three to seven days, depending on the supplier.
You'll get a time estimate when you drop the device off, and a call the moment it's ready.
Both. Windows desktops, all-in-ones and laptops — plus keyboards, mice, monitors and external drives. If it's a computer, bring it in and we'll take a look.
Usually, yes. Most machines that get blocked are tripped up by a TPM or Secure Boot check — a firmware setting rather than a hardware dead end. We handle those, run the upgrade properly, and finish the drivers and updates.
It's $100 flat and includes the compatibility check, so you'll know before you commit. On very old hardware we'll tell you honestly if the machine is better off replaced.
Standard repairs like virus removal, tune-ups and Windows upgrades leave your documents, photos and programs where they are. Windows upgrades keep your files and installed programs.
Before any drive-level work we recommend a backup first — cheap insurance, and we can set one up for you. If there's any risk to your data, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
Very often, yes. A computer that won't boot can still have a perfectly readable drive — we pull it out, connect it to our bench, and copy what's recoverable.
We assess first and tell you what we found and what it will cost before charging for recovery. If the drive has physical damage, we'll be straight with you about the odds.
Nearly always. A tune-up ($90) clears out the clutter, but the biggest single improvement for an older machine is replacing a spinning hard drive with a solid-state drive. Combined with a memory upgrade, a six-year-old computer can feel brand new.
We'll check what you've got, quote the parts, and tell you if the upgrade is worth it for your machine.
Yes — that's the heart of our $120 security audit. Fake virus warnings, browser hijacks that redirect your searches, pop-up floods, and software that quietly installed itself alongside something else all get cleaned out.
Then we close the holes they came through and show you what to click and what to close next time, so it doesn't come back in a month.
Yes — plenty of small offices and shops around town run on a handful of computers that all need to keep working. We handle workstations, email, backups and new-employee setups.
Support plans start at $100 a month, or we can work by the job. Tell us how many machines you have and we'll quote it.
We do. Custom builds start at $250 plus parts — gaming rigs, Linux desktops, dual-boot setups, office machines and photo or video workstations. Tell us what you want to do with it and what you want to spend, and we'll spec it out with you.
We also keep used computers and laptops in the shop — cleaned, updated and ready to go. There's no set price on those because it depends what's on the shelf that week, so call or stop in and ask what we have.
We handle common Mac and MacBook issues — slowness, storage full, software problems, setup, backup and data transfer. Ask before bringing in board-level hardware repairs and we'll tell you straight whether it's a job for us or a specialist.
The charger or power cable — a surprising number of "won't charge" devices just need testing with the right supply.
Your login password, if the job needs it (you type it in yourself; we don't keep it).
A note of what's going wrong, when it started, and any message that appears on screen.
Photos or screenshots, if you have them — they speed everything up.
Your files are your business. We only access what's needed to do the job you asked for, we don't browse through your personal documents, and we never ask for or store your passwords — you type those in yourself on your own device.
If you'd rather we didn't access your account at all, that's fine too; there's almost always another way in.
Payment is due when you pick up your device. Call the shop or ask at the counter for the payment options currently accepted, and for large jobs ask about deposits on special-order parts.
We stand behind our work — ask about the warranty covering your specific repair when you drop off. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty on top of that.
We'll tell you. There's no point spending $200 to keep a machine alive that won't serve you well for another year. If that's the situation, we'll say so, help you get your data off it, and point you toward the cheapest sensible replacement — which you're free to buy anywhere.
Four things, and it's a flat $120 for the lot:
Viruses, malware, spyware and trackers removed from the machine.
Windows settings updated and locked down so the same threats can't walk back in.
A plain-English walkthrough of best practices — passwords, updates, downloads, attachments and phone scams — so you can spot trouble before it spreads.
A certified report documenting that your device was professionally inspected and found clean.
It's the right job for the computer that does your banking, your taxes and your email. Book it the same way as any repair — bring the machine in, and we'll tell you how long we'll need it.
The report documents that your device was professionally inspected, cleaned and found free of malware — which is exactly what banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and fraud departments ask for after an account takeover, a fraud scare or a suspected compromise.
If your institution wants the findings in their own format or on their own form, bring it with you and we'll complete it with the same information. And if something on your machine isn't something we can certify, we'll tell you that plainly rather than write around it.

Sometimes a two-minute phone call beats typing it all out. We're a small shop, so if we
